Antalya’da düzenlenen TUSAF Buğday, Un ve Ekmek Kongre ve Sergisi’nde sektör temsilcileriyle buluşan Parantez Group, katılımcılara IDMA Fuarı hakkında bilgi verdi ve ücretsiz dergi dağıttı.

Parantez Group, which met with sector representatives in the Wheat, Flour and Bread Congress and Exhibition organized by TFIF in Antalya, informed the participants about the IDMA Exhibition and distributed free magazines.

Dünyanın önemli tahıl ithalatçıları arasında yer alan Japonya, her yıl ortalama 5 milyon ton buğday ve 16 milyon ton mısır ithal etmektedir. İthal edilen buğday, yıllık yaklaşık 5 milyon ton un işleme kapasitesine sahip, 100 civarındaki değirmende işlenerek tüketime sunulmaktadır. İşlenen buğdayın önemli bir kısmı iç tüketimde değerlendirilmektedir.

Japan, which is among the important grain importers of the world, imports an average of 5 millions tons of wheat and 16 millions tons of corn each year. And the imported wheat is offered to the consumers by being processed in almost 100 mills that have the capacity to process almost 5 millions tons of flour in a year. And an important part of the processed wheat is used domestically.

Un ve Unlu Mamuller Teknolojisi Programı tam anlamıyla 2012-2013 eğitim-öğretim döneminde 30 öğrenci alarak eğitime başlayacak. Yüksekokulda üniversite-sanayi işbirliği kapsamında; 4’ü okulda teorik, 2’si sanayide pratik olmak üzere 6 dönemlik program uygulanacak. Öğrenciler 2 dönem olan pratik eğitimlerini, sektörün zirve işletmelerinde yapacak.

Flour and Flour Products Technology Program will completely launch its training with 30 students in 2012-2013 academic years. A program of 6 semesters will be implemented, 4 of which as theoretical in the college and 2 of which as practical in the industry, in the college within the scope of the college-industry cooperation. The students will complete their practical training in the leading businesses of the sector as 2 semesters.
